I’m on the marketing team for the Summit and it’s so great to read posts like yours. It’s a reminder to me the Summit is more than just two days in August; the Summit is about an ongoing push and pull of what each person takes away and implements into his/her life.

I especially love your 2nd ‘take-away’ with the emphasis on paying attention to those on the fringe. As Dave Gibbons said, “the truth is that loving our neighbor is not just a cross-cultural experience but an experience of the cross”.
