The more things change, the more you learn to deal with change.

So the last few weeks have been crazy. I’m either at work, school or home. When I’m at home I’m either working on projects, reading for class or procrastinating on all above activities. I’m just looking forward to the end of the semester. One of my professors told us that he was giving us a pass on our final. He had never intended to give us a final so he will spread out the points to all my other grades. That will help out.

A few weeks ago, my boss at Fielder came in and told us that he was leaving Fielder and moving to Kentucky with his wife so she can be with her father, who is dying of cancer. So I will be getting a new boss. He has assured me that he will rely upon my expertise when it comes to making technological decisions. He is a former music minister and has no background in technology. I believe it will work out in the end.

I am praying about the decisions I need to make in the next few weeks. If I go to work at Fielder full-time do I quit my job at Pizza Hut? Pizza Hut has been my mission field but can I survive school and working 50 hours a week. Do I cut back on the hours I’m taking at Southwestern so I can work more hours? My first priority is school but at the same time I have debts from when I tried self-employment 2 years ago. I would really like to be able to graduate debt free.

I also have recently changed my small group at church. I was approached about a month ago about assuming the role of a LifeGroup leader. So I have left the friends I have made over the last year. I still see everyone from my old life group at church but it is different. But I now have a whole new group of people to get to know and love.
